Job Overview

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Network Services team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting Unified Communications solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design and implementation, with a focus on Unified Communications, Telephony, and Video Conferencing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Unified Communications networks to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party providers of network services.
  • Deliver and support cloud-based telephony systems, including Ring Central and 8x8.
  • Provide technical expertise on network security, LAN, WAN, and WLAN concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid deployment connectivity solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Unified Communications and network services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in network design and implementation, with a focus on Unified Communications.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and WLAN concepts.
  • Experience with cloud-based telephony systems and network security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
