About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Specialist in our Rheumatology team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with registered practitioners to support patients through their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting busy outpatient clinics, performing assessments and phlebotomy services.
  • Assisting in the day case area, working alongside our RN team in caring for patients undergoing intravenous drug treatments on a day case basis.
  • Carrying out a range of clinical duties with minimal supervision, including vital sign observations, blood pressure monitoring, and glucose monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Experience of providing care in a healthcare or social setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to complete accurate documentation.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Salary:

£26,555 - £33,786 per annum, depending on experience.
