Job Title: Northern Territory Manager
Job Description:
- This role involves managing a territory, developing relationships with customers, and growing sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives and grow revenue.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales pipeline and CRM data for effective decision-making.
- Promoting product benefits and value statements on LinkedIn to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinating marketing events throughout the financial year to engage customers and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or higher in electrical or control engineering (desired). Technical expertise in motion control and drives technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT, especially with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
