Salary

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner – Orthopaedics to join our team at The Highfield Hospital. As a key member of our perioperative department, you will be responsible for delivering safe quality care to patients during their perioperative phase of care. Your expertise will also be essential in supporting and assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Operating Department Practice (ODP) or equivalent qualification
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Proven experience in theatre nursing, preferably in orthopaedics
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
