Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at St Christopher's Fellowship in London. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people aged 12-18 in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in our residential services
  • Assist with life-skills training and education to help young people prepare for independence

  • Administer and maintain accurate records of young people's progress and well-being
