Inventory and Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Stock & Inventory Manager to join our team in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of stock and inventory specialists and developing strategies to improve warehousing, logistics, and stock control processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5 stock and inventory specialists to ensure efficient and accurate stock levels are maintained across all locations.
- Develop and implement warehousing, logistics, and stock control strategies that align with business goals and industry standards.
- Create and manage new warehousing and inventory systems and SOPs from scratch, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are minimized.
- Implement systems for tracking inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development of the team.
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to maintain efficient and reliable service levels.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on logistics performance and inventory status.
- 4+ years' experience in logistics, stock, inventory, and systems.
- Ideal experience within an automated logistics environment.
- FMCG and/or 3PL experience is advantageous.
- Manhattan, SAP, or Red Prairie experience is desired.
- Experienced with stock & inventory control, along with full cycle and PI counts.
- Commutable to Lutterworth, Leicestershire (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00).
- £50,000 - £60,000 salary.
