We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Warehouse Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing a team of stock and inventory specialists, developing and implementing warehousing and logistics strategies, and overseeing stock control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5 stock and inventory specialists to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
- Develop and implement warehousing and logistics strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained across all locations.
- Implement systems for tracking inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development of the team.
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to maintain efficient and reliable service levels.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on logistics performance and inventory status.
- 4+ years' experience in logistics, stock, inventory, and systems.
- Ideal experience within an automated logistics environment.
- FMCG and/or 3PL experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Manhattan, SAP, or Red Prairie is desired.
- Experienced with stock & inventory control, along with full cycle and PI counts.
- Commutable to Lutterworth, Leicestershire (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00).
- Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000.
