Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin / Stock Controller to join our team at Staffline Branches. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting First-Line Managers (FLMs): Collaborate with FLMs to maintain a high-performing warehouse environment, ensuring efficient stock management and accurate inventory control.
  • Stock Management: Effectively manage stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and maintain accurate records to optimize stock turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the coordination of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock, to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous Warehouse Experience: Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of stock management and inventory control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with FLMs, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: £8.04 per hour, with overtime available at £16.01 per hour.
  • Full-Time Role: 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm schedule.
