Your Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of up to five students with challenging needs
- Develop and implement personalized plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to support student success

- Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it
- Hold a degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively
- Proven experience working collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders
- Understanding of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion issues
- Excellent communication skills
