Nursery Practitioner Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner at Nescot. As an essential member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and care of our young children.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality childcare services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children in play and learning activities
  • Providing everyday care routines such as meal and sleep times
  • Observing and recording children's development using our online Tapestry system

You will also be responsible for establishing positive relationships with parents and carers, following company procedures and policies, and contributing to the overall well-being of our nursery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Childcare Qualification
  • Passion for childcare and confidence to speak to adults and children
  • Ability to work in a team and establish positive relationships with parents and carers

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
