We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. You will also administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work closely with the leadership team to develop services.

About the Role
You will have a proven ability to lead and supervise others, be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. You will also have a good understanding of care planning processes and be experienced in or happy to undertake training on administering medication. If you are passionate about helping others and putting residents at the heart of everything you do, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification. You should also be able to provide evidence of your experience in leading and supervising others, as well as your skills in care planning and medication administration.
