Resident Care Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team in Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising their shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
The role involves:
- Leading and supervising care staff to ensure effective delivery of care plans
- Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans
- Administering medication and carrying out risk assessments
- Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs

About You
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable
- You should be well-organized, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential
- A good understanding of care planning processes is necessary
- Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication is required
