Children's Physiotherapy Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Children's Physiotherapy Team Leader to join our team at Pertemps Medical Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of physiotherapists working with children and young people in London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and support their team members. A salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum is available for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists working with children and young people
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the service
