Building Revenue Specialist

We are looking for a Building Revenue Specialist to join our team at Ritz Recruitment in West London.
Job Description:You will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining the brand, leading the team, ensuring resident satisfaction, and much more.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and forecast annual budgets by analysing financial statements and reviewing marketing information and operational reports.
- Deliver exceptional service to residents through complaint and dispute resolution, event organisation, and customer service.
- Manage tenancies, including apartment inspections, resident evictions, and collection of late fees and other charges.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience of managing a building (preferably within the BTR sector).
This temporary position offers an ASAP start and 2-3 months duration with a salary up to £28ph.
