We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our residential high-rise projects in Rochester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Build and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, to execute projects effectively.
  3. Oversee the design process from RIBA stage 3 to RIBA stage 6.
  4. Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
  5. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met, and projects are completed on time.
  8. Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  9. Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulations and building codes.
  10. Report to the Construction Director.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong background in residential high-rise projects.
  3. Knowledge of construction management software and tools.

Please note that this is an office-based role, and we do not offer hybrid/remote working options.
