The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A strong character and be a good communicator
- Be a reflective leader
- Want to develop their own style of management
- Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service
- Experience as a manager or a deputy manager
- Passionate about high levels of care
- Have a full UK driving license
