**Job Description:**

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Provide individual and small-group support to students.
  • Supervise students during activities and breaks.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and promote social skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Contribute to the overall pastoral care of students.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with children, preferably with SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
