We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Arthur Dodds & Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business principal and other key staff in delivering exceptional financial planning services to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our business principal and other key staff
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a financial services administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
