We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Arthur Dodds & Company. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our business principal and other key staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business principal and other key staff
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Good experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and use bespoke software
- High standards of numeracy and literacy
- Good academic attainment
- Experience in a financial planning practice is an advantage
