Financial Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Arthur Dodds & Company. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our business principal and other key staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the business principal and other key staff
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Good experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn and use bespoke software
  • High standards of numeracy and literacy
  • Good academic attainment
  • Experience in a financial planning practice is an advantage
