We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Manager to join our team at Steadman Brown.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce technical service consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce technical service consultants to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical managed services team, including monitoring system performance, managing support requests, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes for Salesforce development, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them leverage Salesforce to achieve their business objectives.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in Salesforce Development using tools such as Apex, LWC.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong development and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications is a bonus.
  • Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable.
