At Deloitte Digital, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business results. You will be responsible for leading technical workstreams on programmes, acting as a Technical Leader for other technical team members, and managing expectations, quality, task distribution, and being accountable for technical outputs on the engagement.

The ideal candidate will have significant technical experience as a Technical Lead and Architect, with experience of hands-on development of custom code solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC. You will also have a deep architectural understanding and experience in integration approaches, patterns, and standards used in the Salesforce landscape, as well as security and privacy.

In addition, you will have experience in SDLC, DevOps, and DevSecOps patterns and enterprise tools, as well as knowledge of widely recognised software engineering best practices. You will also have experience working on projects executed using an Agile delivery framework and hold relevant Salesforce or equivalent certifications.

Some key responsibilities of the role include: Leading technical workstreams on programmes Acting as a Technical Leader for other technical team members Managing expectations, quality, task distribution, and technical outputs Designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions Working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions Leading the development and physical design of solutions Guiding the development team and overseeing required activities Supporting the leadership team with activity to translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to the business Managing key client stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for Salesforce technical solutions Playing a senior role in pre-sales activities, shaping our end-to-end proposition, and translating clients' high-level business goals into innovative architectural solutions Mentoring and coaching more junior technical talent and defining and driving the continuous improvement of industry-differentiating architectural standards, approaches, frameworks, and tools Building a broad internal and external network and advocating for technology and engineering practices within and outside the firm
