Job Opportunity: Senior Management Accountant

JSS Search is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing private equity-backed hospitality business in the UK to find a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exciting chance for a newly qualified accountant to take on a pivotal role in a high-performing environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining strong exposure to key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on financial performance, to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and expansion strategies.
  • Partner with department heads to provide financial analysis and recommendations that drive performance improvements and business growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for presentation to the Finance Director and senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong academic background, open to practice or industry trained.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid working model.
