We're looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Contribute to reconciliations, preparing month-end and year-end procedures, and submit VAT returns on time.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on complex bookkeeping matters and business initiatives.
  • Support the creation of management accounts, including cash-flows and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping within an accountancy practice or industry is advantageous.
  • Practical knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is required.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet regular deadlines is essential.
