About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator for Financial Institutions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients in the financial services industry by processing Pension & Investment applications, preparing letters of authority, and managing task lists and prioritising workload within deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services, a working knowledge of investment platforms, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Data Management: Utilise client data for illustrations and process new business applications.
  2. Communication: Regularly communicate and update clients on their applications and provide support where needed.
  3. Task Management: Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  4. Teamwork: Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 20 days holiday, auto-enrolment pension, private medical insurance, death in service, and a staff bonus scheme up to 20% of salary.
