About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with consultants, clients, and third-party providers to ensure seamless application processing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilising client data for illustrations and preparing policy information letters.
- Processing new business applications and managing task lists to prioritise workload within deadlines.
- Answering calls, dealing with client queries, and scheduling adviser diaries for client meetings.
- Updating the CRM system and ensuring business is conducted responsibly, compliantly, and on time.
You will be working in a collaborative environment where communication and organisation are essential. If you have experience in financial services, Microsoft Office skills, and excellent attention to detail, this role could be ideal for you.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in financial services.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A working knowledge of investment platforms.
