About the Role:

We are seeking a Support Practitioner Driver to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting a young woman to fulfill her potential in her home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to the young woman in her daily life, including accompanying her on outings and activities.
  • Assist with household tasks and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the young woman, promoting her independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive support package is in place.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience in care is required, as we provide full in-house training to all new staff members.
  • You will need to be active and enjoy participating in activities such as walking, dancing, music, trampolining, and swimming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
