About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading children's organisation, making a meaningful impact on the lives of children around the world. As a Children's Rights and Sport Specialist, you will be responsible for advocating for children's rights within the sports sector, focusing on Scotland, esports, and Mega Sporting Events.
You will also contribute to global projects related to children's rights and sport, serving as a spokesperson for UNICEF UK externally. This role requires prior experience in children's rights within the sports industry or a related field, as well as a solid grasp of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement various parts of UNICEF UK's children's rights and sport initiatives
- Advocate for children's rights within the sports sector, focusing on Scotland, esports, and Mega Sporting Events
- Contribute to global projects related to children's rights and sport, serving as a spokesperson for UNICEF UK externally
