Electrical Engineering Trainer

**Job Summary**
Dalkia is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our engineering employees.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with our Engineering Leads to develop and implement training strategies that meet the needs of our engineering teams.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineers, including apprentices.
- Work with our Engineering Managers to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to high-quality training resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of our Apprenticeship scheme, working closely with our Education Providers and Engineering Managers.
- Ensure that all training programs are aligned with our company's values and goals.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in electrical engineering or a related field, with a strong background in training and development.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, managers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
