Key Responsibilities- Safety Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy to ensure the well-being of our team and the safe delivery of our client's work.
- Client Delivery: Lead the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring safety, on-time, and within-budget delivery. You will directly deliver outputs and manage the client relationship.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the delivery of project controls, leveraging digital solutions and clear reporting cadences.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of project controls professions, including Primavera and BIM, and manage the integration of these systems.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the PMO Director to contribute to business plan development and meet overall business targets.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project controls staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Work Winning: Act as bid lead or bid support for transportation tenders, ensuring Egis' Tender Unit has sufficient skilled project controls support.
- Utilization: Ensure you and your team are fully utilized to agreed targets.
- Finance/Business Management: Accountable for ensuring costs remain within budget and participating in periodic reviews.
- Experience in infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience in project controls, including planning, risk management, reporting, or information management.
- Proven track record of delivering major projects within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent people management and development skills.
- Strong business development skills with a history of winning work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience in project budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
