About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at The Social Shepherd, you'll be responsible for driving the organic social strategy, content, and community for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content plans and strategies that achieve the best possible results for clients.
  • Lead a team of 1-2 Social Media Executives in planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Work closely with our Social Creative team to produce high-quality content for clients.
  • Review and provide feedback on content plans and content created by your team.
  • Build relationships with clients and collaborate with our Social Media Director to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • A passion for building a career in social media marketing and growing within a fast-paced agency.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and adaptability are essential in this role, as you'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes.

Salary

The salary for this role is £32,000 to £37,000, depending on experience.
