Highly Skilled Security Professional Wanted for Manned Guarding

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end service to our clients.
The role requires you to work Monday to Friday between 07:00 to 19:00, with an estimated 60 hours per week. You will be working in a customer-focused environment where you will be required to protect the security and safety of identified buildings and personnel.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality manned guarding services to assigned contracts.
- To achieve all assigned duties in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
- Protect the security and safety of identified buildings and personnel as per contract Assignment Instructions.
- Carry out all duties in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
- Perform any reasonable requests as identified by your Line Manager.
Educational Requirements and Experience
- A good general level of education is required.
- An SIA License (Manned Guarding) is a must.
- Prior experience of working within a customer-focused environment is essential.
- Ideally, you have experience working within the Security Industry.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
