Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Housing Asset Management Strategy and Investment Plans. As Chief Housing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that prioritizes tenant safety, satisfaction, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Housing Asset Management Strategy and Investment Plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards, including the Building Safety Act.
- Lead strategies and programmes to deliver energy-efficient, sustainable homes, including funding bids and delivery.
- Oversee Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital and regeneration programmes, utilising stock condition data to prioritise and deliver improvements.
Requirements
- A relevant professional qualification or significant successful experience in asset management or housing.
- Strong understanding of housing repairs and assets, compliance requirements, and funding processes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable improvements.
