Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team at Farmfoods in Aberdeen. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Meet sales targets and control key shop costs
  • Ensure the shop is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
