Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Director to join our team at McCabe & Barton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our project delivery efforts and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain best practices for project delivery
  • Develop an environment that allows project managers to thrive
  • Oversee all project delivery across the organization
  • Work closely with the PMO function to ensure high standards of governance and health are maintained
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Experience managing large teams of project managers
  • Proven experience in resource and budget management
  • Experience overseeing a wide range of project and programme workstreams
  • Previous experience developing robust portfolio dashboards and KPIs
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with the PMO function
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional departmental leaders
  • A team-builder and team player with excellent communication skills
