Learning Difficulties Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced SEN professional to fill the role of SENCo at HMP Five Wells on a permanent, full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special educational needs, an SEN qualification at Level 5 or above, and significant experience working with adult learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualised education plans, providing training and support for staff, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Learning Support Practitioner team.
You will work closely with the Education Manager to ensure that programmes are tailored to meet the unique needs of our learners.
