Office Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of information between departments, handling mail and emails, and performing various administrative tasks. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing including sales invoicing
- Typing of purchase orders using excel
- Maintenance of different spreadsheet records
- Inbound/outbound post
- Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors on site
- Adhoc admin duties/filing as and when required
Requirements:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience within an administrative position
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to different work patterns and business demands
- Excellent attitude to learning, and being supportive of others
- Proactive with determination to succeed and improve
