Decarbonisation and Growth Manager

As a Commercial and Product Executive at Siemens Energy, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and growth within our organisation. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, including crafting a long-term development road-map aimed at growing sales and driving growth.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to develop the service strategy for new products. Your strategic vision and execution will help us compete successfully in the market and continually improve our product offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation for customer value
- Commercialise new environmentally-friendly product developments
- Track and measure the return on investment for product value arguments
- Harmonise product offerings
- Contribute to the product road map for both current and future products
Your Qualifications:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Keen interest or proven experience in decarbonization and sustainability products
- Sales, technical, marketing, or business development experience, preferably within the gas turbine-related industry, with a proven track record in a similar or related role
- Advanced training in service product and GT products, commercial skills, and SAP training
