About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Le Labo, a renowned perfume house in New York. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-store experiences for customers, helping them find the perfect fragrance for themselves or as a gift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers, taking into account their preferences, lifestyle, and skin type.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product launches, and be able to communicate this information to customers.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays that showcase our fragrances.
