Fragrance Specialist

At Le Labo, we're seeking a talented Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Edinburgh Airport. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized fragrance experiences for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the world of fragrances, working closely with our team to create a unique and inspiring in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized fragrance experiences for clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance products and their benefits
  • Work closely with the team to create a unique and inspiring in-store experience
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
