NORTHWOOD COLLEGE FOR GIRLS seeks an exceptional Head of Senior Leadership Team to drive academic excellence and lead the development of our sixth form.

This is a key leadership role that requires a proven track record in educational management, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire students, teachers, and staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build effective relationships, and possess a deep understanding of education policy and practice.

The salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is competitive within the industry.

As a member of our senior leadership team, you will contribute to the school's strategic vision, driving innovation and improvement across all areas of the curriculum. You will work closely with the headteacher and other senior leaders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies that promote excellence in teaching and learning.

• Lead the development of our sixth form, including curriculum design, teaching and learning strategies, and assessment processes.

• Collaborate with subject leaders and department heads to ensure consistency and quality across all subjects.
