Job Title: Apprentice Procurement Administrator

Company: B-Pod Prefabricated Bathrooms Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchasing goods and materials to ensure our company's operational needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize existing bespoke systems to manage procurement activities
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
  3. Plan inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels
  4. Verify and manage deliveries
  5. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a Buyer role, preferably within a construction or off-site manufacturing company
  2. Proficiency in using stock control and planning systems
  3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure cost-effective deals
  4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  5. Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
  6. Knowledge of logistics processes is advantageous
