Job Profile: HR Advisor

Employment Type: Fixed-term (11 months)

Main Accountabilities
  1. Provide expert employee relations advice and support.
  2. Ensure seamless data entry for personnel records and maintain strict compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Develop and execute training sessions and career development initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with teams to optimize recruitment processes.
  5. Manage labor contracts and guarantee adherence to IR35 guidelines.
  6. Coordinate annual policy reviews and updates.

  2. Maintain precision in data management and adhere to governance standards.
  3. Effectively contribute to HR-related tasks and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. CIPD Level 3 certification or comparable experience.
  2. Deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Projected Salary: £40,750 - £51,250 per annum
