Job Title: Property Maintenance Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Expert to join our team at MMP Consultancy. Based in Derby, this role offers a competitive salary of £37,938 per annum plus benefits and the opportunity to work on a permanent basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise within the Maintenance Team. This includes surveying properties, preparing specifications and schedules as instructed, and overseeing the procurement of works in accordance with client policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out and oversee the procurement of works in accordance with client policies
  2. Provide technical assistance and expertise within the Maintenance Team
  3. Undertake surveys of properties in relation to responsive and planned maintenance
  4. Compile and submit all necessary information/orders within prescribed time scales
  5. Establish programmes of work ensuring that repairs are carried out in accordance with priorities and with the minimum of delay and inconvenience to the tenant/leaseholder/owner

This role requires strong organizational skills, enabling the successful candidate to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
