About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and motivated professional with a passion for property management and student accommodation to join our team as an Assistant Lettings and Property Manager (on a maternity cover). This pivotal role involves driving sales efforts, ensuring high standards of property management, and delivering exceptional customer service across our portfolio of HMO properties.

  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the lettings team to develop effective marketing strategies that attract prospective tenants and promote available properties to ensure high occupancy rates.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings to showcase the features and benefits of our accommodations to potential tenants.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for residents and potential residents, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Property Management: Help maintain high standards of property management across designated geographical areas, liaising with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.
  • Tenant Relationships: Maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Support: Assist in coordinating check-in, check-out, termly room inspections, and summer turnaround activities, including end-of-tenancy cleaning for aligned properties.
Requirements
  • Experience: Some experience in property management, ideally within the student accommodation sector.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high occupancy rates.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various sites within Liverpool, Salford, Manchester, Preston, and Lancaster. Ideally based within close proximity to aligned properties.
