Children's Disability Specialist

As a Children's Disability Specialist, you will have the chance to work with children with profound and severe disabilities, assessing risks and adapting approaches to meet their individual needs. Your key responsibilities will include supporting students and newly qualified staff with opportunities for training, as well as sharing specialist knowledge and developing assessments and care plans. You will work closely with the Head of Service to develop and implement projects that benefit children and their families. With a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and engage children, young people, and families in care plans
* Develop and implement projects with the Head of Service
* Support students and newly qualified staff with opportunities for training
* Share specialist knowledge and develop assessments and care plans
