Lead a team to success in our Autocentre
We are looking for a Centre Manager to play a vital role in leading the team and providing an excellent customer journey and satisfaction.
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance, passionate about customer experience, and looking for a long-term career with excellent progression and training schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £33,000 to £38,000 per annum
- An average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year
- 5 days a week
