Remote Private Medical Insurance Adviser

Howden Group is a collective of talented individuals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of insurance. We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, targeted Private Medical Insurance brokerage. A CertCII or equivalent qualification is desirable, and we offer paid qualifications and a £1,000 gross annual salary increase when completed.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Following up leads from high-quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.
  • Providing advice to customers on Health Insurance products, balancing customer service with the drive to hit sales targets.
  • Delivering on agreed sales targets and maximising opportunities for future business growth.
  • Assessing client needs and delivering insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.
  • Building effective relationships to ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products.

This is a fully remote-based role with the first week of training required to take place at our Gloucester office. Travel, accommodation, and meals costs will be covered by the company.
