We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and management skills to lead our home.
The key responsibilities of this role include developing care plans, leading recruitment, fostering a consultative environment, ensuring quality and compliance, managing concerns and complaints, and promoting safety. The salary for this role is up to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
