Job Title: Senior Finance and Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Administration Manager to join our team at The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. This is a critical role that will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of financial and administrative functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial management and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the administration of financial systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, including financial reporting and auditing.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and administration team, including training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of financial and administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or international organization.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including accounting and budgeting software.
  • Experience with financial reporting and auditing.
